We weren’t informed ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were closed, that is one of the reasons we booked there, and no accomodations were made after telling us so (such as a discount or passes to the rec center), in fact I was told the manager would be in the next day to talk to about it but then it turned out she actually wasn’t. The fridge didn’t work, and one of the lights didn’t work. There were strange noises throughout the night so didn’t get much sleep. The tub was not in great condition. Overall probably one of my least favorite places that I have stayed. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointing stay. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for the pool, but it was completely closed during my visit with no notice ahead of time. Even worse, when I called the front desk the lady who answered didn’t offer any kind of compensation, alternative, or resolution. Every other staff member I interacted with was kind, but this lady basically told me there's nothing she can do for me, that were on our own, and hung up on me!!! If your pool is going to be inaccessible for a long period of time and especially due to a CITY VIOLATION, you shouldn't display pool and spa on online reservations and MISLEAD people. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

We were looking for just a one night stay. Front desk was great. Property is old. Bathroom door didn’t close. Pool has been shut down for quite a while as it has green Algae growing. We were not made aware of the pool being closed until we arrived. Room was extremely small. Close to multiple restaurants. Would probably not stay here again.

Tired, but ok when I'm tired

This property was in a good location; easy access from highway and could walk to restaurants. The property was clean, but run down. It was a fine place to spend the night, but I wouldn't want to be there more than that.

The gentleman who checked us in was nice and knowledgeable. The room was average clean. The following was the reason for the average review. 1. Smoke detector removed from ceiling and sitting on the shelf in closet. 2. The switches in the shower/toilet room did not work.
