The rooms and hallways were not clean. The outside entry doors were not secure. They were either propped open or just unlocked for anyone to have full access to the interior rooms. If I had been traveling by myself I would not have stayed. I never left the room by myself.

Review.

We didn’t even know breakfast was offered, person at check in didn’t tell us hours or where it would be offered. Check in wasn’t really smooth. I tried online check in and it wasn’t working so I went in, I waited so long that I finally got online working, I said I was almost done doing it online and the girl said no you must’ve done wrong I do it instead. Wasn’t helpful with our questions. As far as room it was okay, had a weird smell, our phone cord was cut, someone’s hair clip was left on the table (which leaves me to wonder what else wasn’t cleaned well) The outside is really run down in the back, the back door to our room didn’t shut, our bedroom door would slam shut on us but wouldn’t actually close but looked like it did so it felt like it was closed but really is was still open.

Clean and quiet. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Good price. Close to Zion. Felt unsafe with no locks or key cards required at entrance doors. Beds were uncomfortable. Scratchy towels. Impossible to get ready in bathroom, no counters.

Other than the property was a bit dated, eveything was clean and inviting, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed a quiet place to sleep after a long day of driving. Would definitely stay again.

There were cockroach carcasses on the carpet, bed bugs under the bed cover, the last person shaved and there was hair all over the shower walls, the vanity was falling off the wall, one of the beds looked as if it had dirty sheets. It was disgusting and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not worth the money and I would live to get my money back.

This is definitely an older hotel and it shows. No elevator to get to the second floor, you have to go up a flight of exterior stairs. The card reader for the door at the top of the stairs is not functional so the door stays unlocked. As a solo woman traveler, I wasn’t thrilled about that, but it’s not in a bad area so I didn’t feel unsafe. The property itself shows its age, but the room was nice and had updated fixtures and furniture. Bed was comfy, linens were clean, and the shower had hot water, so I was pleased.
