The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Zion visitor center was right next door, so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Laundry, coffee shop, etc all right on the grounds.

We absolutely loved this location! The room was big and comfortable. The beds were amazing. You cannot beat the view. Walkable to restaurants, shops and rentals. Zion was connected by bridge. The best place I have ever stayed in the US.

The hotel and property are good, though I thought it’s overpriced for the high season. The room was smaller than I thought and inconveniently designed in terms of heavy furniture that has to be moved in order to use any extra beds. That being said, I’d be thrilled if this was priced for their winter prices. The convenience and the views are hard to beat. You can walk into Zion at night if you want! An added bonus is the deer everywhere that come to the property. The experience was good overall and would recommend.

The accommodations were wonderful! The proximity to Zion NP couldn't have been any better. The restaurant next door was excellent. A grocery store, coffee shop and retail outlets are all located in the immediate vicinity. Best stay on our three week NP journey!

We only stayed one night while road tripping to NPs, but had a great stay. Steps away from the entrance to Zion which made an early morning hike a breeze. The front desk staff was super helpful and the town of Springdale so cute! Felt clean and safe. Would stay here again!!
