The breakfast was super..every thing was hot and had a nice selection. The staff was very friendly. Rooms was very clean and welcoming. Wi-Fi was a little slow but expected with the amount of quests.

Only downfall was we were unable to have access to the hot-tub. When we travel it makes a big difference to have a pool and hot-tub. Your maintenance guy was awesome in accommodating us by providing his service to get into our vehicle. Thank you Full Gospel care group

Nice hotel. Staff needs improvement.

The room itself was great, but I was not happy with the check in and check out period and hotel cleaning staff. My wife and I arrived around noon, and I know that check in is suppose to be at 3pm but I received an email from them stating that my room was ready and waiting for us. Due to that email I assumed my room was ready and I could check in early. When we got there, they said my room was not ready so my wife and I had to kill time until check in. I was also woken up before 8am by the hotel cleaning staff knocking on doors to clean the rooms on top of the rude hotel guests making noise when signs are present saying "quiet zone". During the check out process, all they cared about is getting the room keys. They didn't care about how my stay was.

We attended a concert at Blue Gate performing arts center and it was walkable and we felt very safe doing so. Very clean. Nice breakfast. Shower was the only problem. It was not very comfortable while using it. Ceiling was very low, shower head pointed at my neck. I've never experienced a shower like this. Ever.
