Staff support was not great but the room was awful. It was too hot even with the AC running it was blowing hot air, the bed felt like it was going to break and made noise like the metal was breaking. The walls had cracks in them, and the bathroom was dirty.

This is what happens when socialism takes over. They don't provide enough pillows, so you need to go check them out front from the front desk. There isn't daily service to your room.
