The resort is building a new event center (metal construction), new pool bathrooms as well as remodeling rooms. The Ellysian Boutique Hotel
Beautiful, modern hotel right on the beach. The staff was fantastic, helping with our every need. The restaurant was the best we ate at in Belize. Try the herbed snapper and conch fritters. Also, great cocktails.
