Staff was super nice, a/c worked, water presser was good , water hot. Things that needed work, faucet in bathroom was broken, mini fridge was leaking all over floor, pool was not heated and hot tub was super hit but had a flim all over it.

Terrible. There was shaved hair in our sink. The sink was stopped up. Hair on the bed. Outlets did not work. Blood (yes blood) on the door. We spoke after our initial entry to the front desk person about our sink not working, and she could not care less.
