We found the front desk personnel to be very friendly and helpful. Appreciate they are a pet friendly hotel. The room was clean and for the most part quiet. Good selection of breakfast items that suited our needs. Would stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Place is. Bit run down and needs a good old fashioned renovation. Rugs are cruddy. Pillows tiny and flat. Bed dipped towards the headboard so you felt like you were almost upside down. Coffee pot in room was disgusting. Was told there was a jacuzzi in the pool area and there was not. Pool was closed.

No complaints

Clean, well maintained, comfy bed. Staff ask if you need anything and are quick to answer any questions. Was on a weekend trip for skiing at Montage Mountain and will book again for future visits.
