AC noisy, rattles, needs to be repaired, not able to sleep. Floors\carpet dirty needs yo be vacuumed. Not an unpleasant smell to the room.

This property was clean and quite. The staff was great and welcoming everytime we walked in. We unfortunately didnt make it to breakfast either day because we slept in to long. Overall great place to stay.

I will never stay here they could not find my reservation and then to come to find out, the property had actually canceled my reservation and saying they had my consent. I did not give my consent for them to cancel my reservation. Why would I’ve given them consent when I was trying to contact Hotels.com ...

River Valley Motor Inn
Our air conditioner never shut off. No matter what the temperature was. There was NO cold water at the sink, only hot. If you wanted cold water, you will have to get it from the tub.
