The hotel is a little older but is kept very clean. Beds were comfortable. Best part was the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Will stay there again

Many problems with the room. Door did not open and close properly. VERY difficult to open and close. Several of the outlets were not working including the outlets for the computer desk and lamp. Tub drain was broekn and I could not take a bath that was needed for my back problems. Room key had to be re-keyed 3 times.

Disappointing stay

There were many things wrong with the room. The door did not open and close properly. You needed to push it with your shoulder to open it to enter and pull at it hard to get out. Then several of the outlets weren't working including the outlet for the computer desk and lamp!!!! The stopper for the bath tub was broken so I could not take a bath (which I need to do for my bad back). The room key needed to be re-keyed 3 times.

I had lots of issues at check in and when I did get settled in the fire alarm was going off about 1:30am and it took close to an hour to get the situation resolved . And then. Cancelled the rest of the stay without letting us know . This was a sold out hotel weekend in Saskatoon so it was a hassle to be able to find a room.

We asked for towels numerous times and did not get brought any. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. Even if you request it to be done.
