It's one of the "all the above" places. Great and courteous staff, proud chef, clean room, locals hangout. Maticulous assistants (one was double checking the cleaning crew). Had the fish and chips. Never had chips like that before. They were awesome. Fish rivalled the restaurants here in Monterey.

Great, friendly staff, gorgeous scenery and a bar/restaurant with twi indoor fireplaces and outdoor patio heating lamps. Can you tell I was there during a winter storm that sugar-coated the local mountains? Loved it.
