Awful old motel

Very old worn out dirty hotel and no water pressure or hot water in shower .furniture is from garage sale and is old and beat up and ready to be disposed in trash .bad service because they didn’t want to give me an extra towel the first night .

Family owned wonderful hotel

It was great we got 2 rooms. Family owned business and they were fabulous. We had a great time. Highly recommend them!! :)

A good night's stay

We just had an overnight for a concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl, but all went well. Check-in was easy. The room and bathroom were clean and the A/C worked well.

Dump. We paid more than $200 for the night, but the floors weren't even clean. My (dry) feet were black underneath after walking from the shower to the bed.

The property is an older small motel that has had a well done interior remodel. The outside could use some attention but that is not significant to my rating. 2 items which are easily fixed could have raised the rating with nearly no effort on the part of Town and Country. There is no way to determine if they are different on your stay so, pack a roll of you preferred toilet paper and a small bottle of your shampoo. The TP they supply is of such poor quality that it should not be used. Way too thin, sheets are very small any moisture dissolves them on contact. The shampoo cannot be opened with wet hands. Teeth or scissors befor your hands are wet. Every other aspect was fine and it is right on a bus line that goes to a transportation center so the whole city is easilly accessable at low cost.

Our stay wasn’t satisfactory as one of the beds was not up to standard and very soft compared to the other bed. We brought this to the attention of the reception and they would address compensation for the issue
