For one full day of our stay, the hot water was turned off without notice. My husband ended up showering in ice cold water because he needed a shower and there was no other way around it. I was approached by a front desk employee, who instructed me to reach out to management to resolve this issue, but I was met with no response and no accountability on management’s end.

Room was clean and the person who checked us in was very nice. However, the second night we discovered ants in the room and getting into the bed? A problem which could have easily been solved by being able to move rooms - but there was no one at the desk and when we called they did not answer. We ended up going home early. Sad because otherwise would have been able to recommend as an affordable place to stay in SB.

The room was a very nice size. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby and a few restaurants within walking distance. There was a gas station across the street as well, so it was very convenient for us.
