Liked the quietness, retro to modern furnishings, thick quality towels, plenty of hot water, new excellent beds, AC, and refrigerator and ironing board in the room. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and supportive and the room was very clean. The hotel area was extremely quiet. Staff was great. We will return here again.

Check in receptionist was not so friendly. Room was clean, coffee tasted mortifyingly horrible, decent shower, no frills, location worked for me since I had a car but 10 minutes drive to downtown, 15 minutes drive to the beach.

For the price you pay, you get a comfortable room with a beautiful pool. It was close enough to all our events. And parking was always available. You get what you pay for, and then some. No complaints, family was happy.

A pleasant and affordable surprise

I was pleasantly surprised by the property, given that it is no more expensive than the Motel 6 down the road. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are recently remodeled. The courtyard area is charming and adds a homey feeling to the property. The rooms themselves are well equipped and decorated, and the fridge + microwave are a huge plus. Staff went above and begging to assist me with a late check-in after we got stuck behind an accident on our drive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and affordable option in Santa Barbara.

We were given a handicapped accessible room we didn’t request. The light in the bathroom was motion sensitive with no switch to disconnect that feature. It became very annoying to have the bathroom flooded with light every time we used it at night.
