The floors were not clean. A lot of hair from the previous guest or guests were in the bathroom. Unfortunate because the rest of the room was okay.

The common area around the pool and through the grounds was wonderful! We loved the hotel lobby, the restaurant was amazing, and our room was clean and comfortable! Staff was very friendly as well!

If possible upgrade to the rooms with a balcony. Location of property is great! Breakfast at sister hotel is a great way to start the day! Staff are friendly and trustworthy. I would recommend staying here and planning to return here myself.

Great place but just a fluke of a room

None of the plugs in the bathroom worked so we couldn’t use a hairdryer or any thing that needs to be charged. Also the sink did not drain well it took forever to drain but to be fair they did offer us to move rooms and we decline not to it was already too much of a hassle to move everything to another room.

The Lemon Tree Inn has is in a great location, with very pretty grounds. The outdoor area is beautiful, with a really nice patio with table and chairs, overlooking a well kept garden and pool area. The room was nicer than expected, particularly for an older hotel/motel. The bathroom has been somewhat updated, but it was still a bit old. However, the carpet was awful. It was damp to the touch. We had to put towels down on the floor in order to walk on the carpet. It could be that the room was just very humid as there appears to be no air conditioning, but it was so off putting, we wouldn't walk on the carpet without shoes or without stepping on towels or blankets.

My husband and I have stayed here numerous times and we always enjoy the hotel, restaurant, pool, etc. I’m sorry to say that this time was not pleasant. The sink was very dirty when we checked in, the AC never cooled off the room even when maintenance came to repair and clean the sink. He set the AC at 66 but it never cooled off the room, very stuffy. The fire alarm went off when we took a shower and the only solution offered was to open the front door, something you don’t really want to do when wrapped in a towel. Unable to change our room when requested. We come to SB often but will reconsider booking the Lemon Tree next visit.

Front office staff was very helpful in assisting with a request. The property grounds are green and well manicured. There is a balcony or patio (ground floor) for units. I did not use pool although it is in the courtyard. The area is convenient and relatively quiet but with many restaurants close by.

This is a hard review. My room was old and disgusting. A friends' room, newly remodeled was lovely. All the staff were amazing. The grounds around the pool had a lot of broken items (heaters, tiki torch, chest pieces) and my bathroom was almost not usable, old, mold looking bath tub and floor. The room smelt like a nursing home. Friends room was remodeled and very nice. Both rooms cost over $350 for the night.
