The rooms and overall property was very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. The downside is if you want to go to downtown Santa Barbara you need to drive there or take the bus. The other thing I did not like is the way they have the bathroom sink out in the open. The toilet and shower have it's own section. I don't want to use the restroom and then have to touch the door handle to get to the sink. It doesn't seem very sanitary.

First, it was an amazing location with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Then the staff were so warm and welcoming, the continental breakfast had so much variety and the room was so clean! Having two pools to choose from and a hot tub made it even better! Will be staying here again!
