Nice room but so humid

We stayed in a 2 queen room facing the on ramp. The noise was noticeable but didnt prevent us from sleeping. But we also live near a busy street so it makes sense. My biggest issue was the air conditioner. It was more of a swamp cooler. Our room cooled but remained humid. When we returned home our clothes we repacked were damp. And the humidity in the room made getting ready for a wedding pretty tricky. If i were jist staying here for a quick stay over alone, it would be fine. But a family of 4 getting ready for a formal wedding would be a no.

Upon arrival, the staff was amazing. After that staff interactions went downhill… Coffee bar was dirty, and not stocked, rooms were dirty, and there was barely any hot water for showers.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this property. The courtyard was beautiful and it is only about 1/4 mile to the downtown area. Really enjoyed my stay.

The property was nice and convenient for our group. Alondra at the front desk was very friendly and helpful at check in. The 3 stars are for the lack of housekeepers. We could only get towels and garbage emptied, no cleaning of the room, nothing else because they were very short staffed. We also had to put the towels and garbage outside our door ourselves and call the front desk for that service. One day they took our towels and didn’t replace them with clean ones. Rooms were ok but a lot of freeway noise. Get a room facing the courtyard for more peace and quiet. Probably would stay somewhere else next time.
