The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are very spacious, which was a plus, but the layout could be improved, especially in the bathroom, as there are no cabinets or proper storage areas. Parking can be inconvenient. Only one vehicle is allowed in the hotel parking area unless you have a higher-tier booking. After 6 PM until 9 AM street parking is free, but outside of those hours you’ll need to arrange and pay for your own parking, which can be a hassle. The rooms can also be a bit noisy at times. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place within walking distance to the beach, but be prepared for some parking limitations and minor inconveniences.

The main lobby coffee machine was broken, and did not get fixed during our 4-day stay. However, they brought in coffee from Pete's, which was OK. The room was fine, although we had some issues with doors slamming.

Overall the location and room was clean. The room was very affordable during a week day stay. I gave it a 4 star because the white mattress linens had a few black and gray small stains on one side when I moved the top cover to go to bed. I could tell it wasn’t dirty and having prior hospitality experience it was probably housekeeping working fast to clean the room and not seeing the stains or not caring enough to swap it because their lead is not training them to do so. Everything stands out against white and it’s important a visitor doesn’t get the impression of dirty so stains need to be rotated out. Also the front desk attendant the evening before told me breakfast was until 10 am and by 9:30am it was cleared out. I did tell the front desk this and they brought out some pastries for me and they were very good and fresh. The hot tub and pool were lovely and staff were very courteous. I would come back and just double check the bed for stained linen early enough so they can swap it.
