ok. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Maybe a few more towels, Hair dryer was not very powerful, and power button was broker. Overall, not bad. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Shuttle was quick to pick up.

Smells like smoke upon entry. The room was extremely dirty, so was the bathroom. I had to clean it myself. The bathtub had hair in it and the sponge was black after cleaning. Prior to booking my reservation I contacted the front desk Hotel staff to ask about storage for my items and early check-in. Upon arrival, I was not granted early check-in. I was first instructed to leave my stuff in the Hotel lobby unsecured and unsupervised. After asking to speak with a manager, they allowed me to put my items in what looks like an old restaurant that is no longer open by the lobby. I had to put my refrigerated food items in a freezer not a refrigerator. In which it all froze. Upon check-in on Saturday, I asked to speak with the Hotel manager about these concerns given, I ask these questions prior to booking. I was informed that there’s no manager on duty on the weekends and the manager would reach out to me on Monday. My intentions were to also speak with the manager about my disability and health condition. In the event, The ambulance needs to be called due to being on chemo, I needed to make sure that my insulin would be stored safely that is kept in my room. The second day of staying in the hotel my insulin froze in the refrigerator. It is now spoiled and not viable. That’s $5,000 worth of insulin down the drain. Every front desk person I’ve spoken to has not escalated my concern. They only put a note on my account. No manager has contacted me still.

TV remote didn’t work. No conditioner or body wash in the shower. Room had a constant “creaking” noise even if it was on the 3rd floor. Vanity area was too dimly lit, even with all the lights on. Staff came inside the room unannounced as I was packing before check out.

The facility in the room is poor. Two lamp bulbs are dead. I called the front desk but no one showed up to replace the bulbs. One of the water tap doesn't work properly. The toilet being installed in the bathroom is for kids, not adults! Don't know what has happened to this hotel. I had a great experience last summer.

Today’s Front office staff(2/15) was rude when I called and asked for pool towels since we were in the pool and there was only 1 left. The room had a foul smell the entire time of our stay, almost wet and musty smelling. And I saw silverfish multiple times through out our room. Don’t get me started on the parking lot. I’m going to need an alignment after staying there this weekend. It is so uneven and bumpy, it’s not right. The only saving grace for this place is the sweet ladies in the breakfast bar whipping up the best pancakes and the coffee was good.

Room had mold growing under the kitchen sink so requested another room immediately. The front desk staff lady was kind and understanding and switched my room. When I got to the next room it smelled better and no mold but amenities were scarce. Only shampoo dispenser in the shower. No shower gel or conditioner or lotion. Luckily my stay was only one night. Won’t select this hotel in the future.
