The rooms and hotel are just old. Had to change rooms after check-in, because when we got to our room it was under maintenance. The guests in front of us were also requesting to change rooms, because some items were broken and dirty. When we got to our second room the top bed sheet was clearly dirty. The mattress was terrible. The popping springs were audible and it was simply uncomfortable. HVAC worked well and the water pressure was the one great thing about the room. Will not be staying here again. There are many new hotel options within driving distance.

Great staff. Very friendly. The hot tub had issues a couple of the days, but they were fairly quick at getting it working again. The thing that annoyed me though was it was very dark in the rooms. They only have one lightbulb in each lamp and the bulbs are not very bright. If they had 2 bulbs with in each lamp, I would give it 5 stars. The breakfast buffet was really good too.

I had a great experience staying at Quality Inn-Draper UT. I was visiting from out of state for a week. The check-in and out was seamless, professional staff, clean room, and the location is very near to everything. I recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again when I return to Draper.

The room was clean. The breakfast had variety and was filling. The hot tub could have been warmer but it was nice to have one available. The staff was courteous and welcoming. We felt we got our money's worth.

I didn’t find the blackout curtains until the light of the morning. The tv had issues with the remote, so we ended up with two. One for power and one for navigation. The hairdryer didn’t work.

Overall a great value play as this hotel is less than 30 minutes from Alta and Snowbird, so if you are trying to get some turns in town on the cheap, this the place. The hot tub could have been hotter, but the breakfast was adequate, rooms really clean and the King size had a great desk. The staff was nice and curtious as well The verdict: for the $40-$85 per night range, this place is the spot!
