I felt the beds were very spongy and seemed old. The linens were also just average. The bathroom was nice and the toiletries were nice. The room face the highway and so it was fairly noisy. Staff were friendly. I wouldn’t likely stay there again. I think the pool area was nice but I didn’t use it.

Great Pool, Good Beds

I chose this hotel because of the pool, which was amazing. The hotel is a bit tired, and we were turned away rather unceremoniously when we arrived early, though we were offered access to the pool. Despite that when we returned at 4 our room was ready and our stay was very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel provided an incredible meal.

Hotel room was dirty and old and run down. We went swimming and dripped water on floor in room and I used a towel to dry it and towel was black.Floor had not been washed in a long time.we actually left room and drove home home and didn’t stay.room groused me out and smelled as we walked in! Pool was lovely, only thing that was nice.

Great pool and hot tube area, beautiful landscape. Rooms are not bad, good beds and a decent washroom. But there are lots of noises behind the walls because of the heating system. Not a problem during the day but anoying during the night time when you are trying to sleep.

Nice place to stay, and friendly, helpful staff. HOWEVER, there was no breakfast. Right on the back of the key card it indicates "breakfast served 7-10. But NO, nothing. The staff were apologetic, but the restaurant that serves breakfast (EXCEPT for Mondays and Tuesdays) is apparently a completely different business. I can live with all this, but it was still a disappointment. I thought breakfast was included. Best wishes to all.

It was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was run by very friendly owners, but would be nice to have a free hotel run breakfast downstairs. My room was very spacious. Always enjoy my visit here and would highly recommend!

It met our expectations. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We appreciated the coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator.. we used the hot tub on the second floor. The pool area is beautiful, but wasn’t working when we were there.

The cost was really reasonable and the room was very clean although it was older. We had asked for a quieter room away from the lobby and we were placed in room 231 which was at the end which we really liked as it was away from the noise of other travellers. We had to bring our luggage up one flight of stairs but it wasn’t overly onerous. We stayed one night to break up the long drive from the West Coast to Calgary. We would stay again - the beds were comfortable and the price point was fantastic!
