Overall it’s a nice hotel. The breakfast was convenient, the area is walkable to restaurants, and gelato places. The breakfast staff was wonderful as was the cleaning service people. We sound the front desk people to be not as friendly but it could be because we were Americans. A solid choice for hotel stays.

The bed was horrible, we could feel every spring. We asked for a different room and were told each bed was the same-so no accommodation. The room was very small. The air conditioning was great. The food/breakfast was great.
