Luggage storage was great! Across the street from a good restaurant. Close to the train station. Elevator was small. One person and their luggage at a time. Unable to adjust ac/heat so room was hot. Thankfully we opened the window. Beds were small & uncomfortable but it did the job. We were just there to stay the night and out all day.

It had the necessary things for a tourist, plus it was a quiet place to stay at. It had quick access to aajor Basilica and transportation. We would stay here again.

The lock on the door didn’t work, we asked for a change of room and got it But the sheets were stained and honestly it was equivalent to staying at a bad motel. We were just there for one night before we had ti catch the flight so made it through Wouldn’t recommend booking here to stay at all

I started and ended my trip to Italy here. Great location! 10 minute walk from train and airport accessible. Rooms are a bit dated and the mattress was hard (2nd floor). It takes a while, but the water does get hot. The staff is excellent - everyone is pleasant and helpful! I would definitely stay here again - on the 5th floor.
