Great location

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend trying the breakfast it was a highlight. The location is also very convenient, especially being close to the station. The only downside is that it can get quite noisy at night if your room faces the street. Cars and people passing by made it a little difficult to sleep. Also, I’d recommend using caution when walking in the area late at night. Overall, though, it was a good stay.

The Hotel is really nice! The staff is friendly and yes it is situated at a good place which is well connected to major sightseeing! Would Highly recommend!!!

Easy walk from the Roma Termini to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged private transfer for us to the port of Civitavecchia for our cruise. There is a great authentic trattoria right across the street from the hotel. Delicious food and great service.

When I booked I mentioned that it should be bed and breakfast, but to my greatest surprise, we were told to pay for our breakfast! We didn't find it funny! Why would we go to Morgana and pay such high rate when there were five star hotels with so many amenities and cheaper. I can definitely say we shall not go back there again. The staff were nice people though!

Cruise hotel??!!

Good hotel with a great location (proximity to Roma Termini Station) and restaurants. Not overly special, but served our needs. Please note, if you are cruising out of Civitavecchia, you will have to carry your bags up and down staircases at the Civitavecchia train station if that's how you get into the city from Rome.

Room needed renovating. Bath area had major flaws and caused water to leak. The worst part was the wifi. Being a tourist, we rely on hotel wifi so we don’t waste our cellular data. I let teh hotel know the wifi was at a very low signal. They said they would reset it. I don’t know if they did. They told me the next day they did l, but the signal was still awful. I gave up on telling them. Just couldn’t wait to leave.

Nice and clean, very near Roma Termini for transport links. Staff friendly and helpful. Described as near to most tourist attractions, but i wouldnt say they were in walking distance . But hop on hop off bus from termini is just round the corner and great for major attractions.
