He room was not the cleanest. There was running water sound all night long. The phone didn’t work in my room so had to get dressed and go down to the desk to report the running water. They said it was just from the (which had stopped hrs before) I stayed there 3 yrs ago it was wonderful.But everything has changed and not for the better! Gone down hill! It seemed to have young inexperienced staff, even the breakfast was not near as good as when I was there before. Will not be staying there again!

The room isn’t as pictured, and much darker than expected. The only window in the room opened to the backside of a building so it was not a pleasant view at all so I kept it shut. The bathroom smelled with you turned the tap on from of odors coming from the pipes and for some reason, on one day the entire hotel (including the reception wreaked of sewage). The only positive is that staff were polite and friendly.

Located near the station, but has double windows that block all but the loudest of sirens. We had two rooms that were the same class but had different space and bathroom layouts. The rooms arent visually beautiful, but are functional and we'll priced.

Small room, clean--good bathrooms. Helpful staff. Perfect location direct across the street from Roma Termini. And right next door to a supermarket. The wifi consistently failed in Room 634, and was basically unusable for 5 days/4 nights (neither Apple nor Android devices worked.) They offered us a different room, which we declined. We will definitely return.
