Excellent hotel! One of our best experiences at an airport hotel. Great restaurant on premises, room was amazing and recently renovated. Staff was outstanding! Everyone in every area was impressive and excellent customer service skills. Breakfast buffet and coffee service was over the top!! Definitely a place to stay in Rome.

Due to no fault of mine, a war broke out in Israel, and my flight and stay there were canceled. I tried to change the dates, but the Hilton Rome Airport would not let me. I want to keep the room and move the date up a week. Expedia also tried, but the Hilton would not change or cancel my room.

Beautiful facility inside, but homeless are sleeping in the empty corridor between the airport and the hotel. I don’t consider the safe at all and will not be attempting to return to the airport in that manner.
