I stay here every time I go to the mayo clinic... Clean rooms, staff is always friendly and helpful, breakfast is good, parking is easy, close to shopping and food, directly across the street from the Mayo infusion center, and free shuttle to the main mayo clinic downtown.

We love Microtels! Our room was clean and had lots of amenities- microwave, fridge, hair dryer and even warming lights in our bathroom! The staff was polite and knowledgeable. The breakfast was great, especially for the price. Parking is on site and easy.

Room was clean if outdated. The carpet has been replaced since my last stay. The breakfast was poor - overripe fruit, no eggs, no yogurt choices, etc. Front desk staff were very helpful. My stay met my expectations, as I have stayed here before. Good value for the money.
