Very nice modern comfortable room in a recent addition to the hotel. The only inconvenience was that one of us had to wait in the car on the street, while the other went to the reception to pay for the parking and get the instructions on how to get there. Fortunately, the line at the reception was not very long at that time. After parking, we had to line up at the reception for check-in again. The parking was only a few minutes walk to the hotel along a closed street in the old town. There is a very big (mostly food) market at about 10 min walk from the hotel.

A very pleasant way to see Riga. Comfortable, clean and in the centre of town. Only problem was that we booked it for the pool and the pool doesn't come with the room although it says there is an indoor pool for the guests to enjoy. All the rest was great.

Impressive view of the river from the front of the hotel. I was shown to my room and helped with my luggage when I checked. A new experience for me and helpful in finding the way to my room in the annex. Parking was outside and on a dusty area so my motorcycle became very dusty and was hit by some bird droppings. On the plus side it was located next to the 24 hour manned kiosk.

Great hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed for over a month for a work trip and was very comfortable the whole time. I only wish they had some kind of loyalty program. Since I stay long-term overseas a lot, that would definitely make me more likely to do it again.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The room was not too big or small. Luxurious but not expensive, room service was amazing, Bat staff were great, remembered day to day what we were srinking, reception staff were amazing, especially Viktoria. We look forward to coming back next year!!

I only stayed one night, but it was an amazing experience overall. My room was in a newer section of the hotel across the courtyard. Because of this change, I was upgraded to a larger room. The bed was extremely comfortable with many pillows. The hotel is within walking distance of the train and bus stations. There's a great bar and excellent dining options. Great view of the river. Finally, many thanks to Veronika for her tireless efforts to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Will be back!

Very friendly and polite staff, clean, comfortable and reasonable price. Very good breakfast. The swimming pool was closed for maintenanse, but I I was offered a voucher to the SPA centre in another hotel of the same chain nearby, in Old Riga. It was my first ever time in the Baltic states. I thought the people of Latvia were amazingly friendly. The Riverside spa hotel, from the girl who checked me in, to the staff behind the bar, all the reception staff,and the ones working in the spa. They were all very helpful.The spa area and swimming pool was the reason I chose this hotel. It was excellent. I have no complaints

Very nice place to stay

It was really good stay, we had a beautiful room with river view, but at the entrance of the room there was bad smell during our whole stay, something maybe related to water on the carpet/mold or so… however it didn’t really impact out overall impression about the stay
