"Walls"
We were pleasantly surprised. All went well until the bikers moved in and kept revving their Harleys before 8 AM and they kindly left their TV's on loud. Walls are thin so next door sounds are clearly audible.

"Very good value"
Rooms are very good - updated since our last stay some years ago. Sit down free breakfast is small but a good value. Exterior of motel and interior of cafe need work. We would recommend this motel.

"Decent place for a night or two."
This motel is a block back off the main street in town. When pulling in, you can see it's undergone and still undergoing renovations. The property was tidy. No landscape yet but clean property. We arrived a bit late and had to go to a room per the sign at the window, to be checked in. We were checked in quickly and the night person walked over to our room and made sure everything was in order, turned on the TV and said if we needed anything to let him know. Polite, courteous, friendly. There are construction materials near the pool area and the pool is empty and closed. Appears they are working on it as well. If this place was not as tidy on the outside as it is, it would seem rundown. You can tell they are really trying to put this place together nicely. Parking is old motor inn style, right outside the room, but pretty snug. The room. The room was comfortable, clean, and a pleasant surprise. We typically stay at hotels over motels. We just needed a room as we passed through and our expectations were low. The amenities in room are very basic and minimal, but for the price ,adequate. Everything in the room was clean and operational. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker... The shower stall is small at best and has been retiled, not exactly a professional job but definitely decent. When sitting in the bed we had some concern it might be uncomfortable. It was not. In fact is was quite comfortable. I would recommend this motel and expect it will continue to be improved.

"Great quiet hotel for the price"
We only stayed one night since we were on our way to Death valley but the room and bathroom were very clean and quite big. The staff was very friendly and we were surprised to have breakfast served instead of Buffet style. Would defintively recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet budget hotel room with a grear location. They had also decorated it for the Holidays.

"I just needed a bed for the night"
I picked this motel because it was the highest rated among the cheap places. All I was looking for was a place to sleep for one night. I found the general condition of the place to be well-worn, but clean (I checked the mattress, plumbing fixtures, and coffee maker). The door was in fair condition and was hard to close. I left before the breakfast was laid out and did not use the Wi-Fi, so I cannot comment on those.

"Great Value for Gateway to Death Valley"
Make no mistake. The price is right. The office staff are extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. The rooms are quite basic, as you would expect, but they are comfortable. Yet the rooms are rather worn and in want of some TLC, and in some cases, some repairs (we had no functioning lock on our door, for example). The morning breakfast is limited, which is not surprising. The location is easy to find, particularly when you are coming in late at night and just want to check-in and get to bed. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean.

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Ridgecrest, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Ridgecrest hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
