"Very nice hotel"
The facility and amenities were all nice. The breakfast was great. Hot eggs, sausage, and either hash or biscuits and gravy, along with pastries, cook your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal and etc. The pool was clean, but cold. Beds were comfy, with lots of pillows! Very pleasant hotel!

"Good stay - room and staff very nice."
The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are nice, new and useful. My room, bath, bed, WiFi and TV were in very good shape and no complaints. The breakfast was more than I could ask for - eggs, sausage, waffles and lots of other good stuff. Free papers. Heater and AC worked fine as did the hot water. You can park right outside your room. The room was quiet and dark and I slept fine. The heater worked well and it was 30 that night. Everything was clean and in order. The lobby has fresh coffee, papers and a computer. My only disappointment and what holds me back from giving the motel a great rating is the swimming pool which is outside with nice furniture and deck is that it is not heated. The pool was probably 50 degrees and I can pretty much jump into any water, but I could not get into the pool. It was clean and towels are provided so I sat out by the pool. Going for a swim after a long drive would really make this place shine. I hope they consider a pool cover and a heater and make it a 3 season pool. I would pay a few dollars more a night to take a swim. Or put in a hot tub - something relaxing. I return to Ridgecrest semi-regularly and a swim is a nice way to get the kinks out from driving 395. Other than that, I really liked the facility. David was particularly helpful.

"This was a great find!"
This is a simple place, no pretensions. A place to stay. However, it does this most excellently. A great effort has been made to elevate this motel to a high standard. The remodel is very attractive, the room is comfortable, everything is as it should be. And we paid $53 a night during the Air Show (Blue Angels!) while other hotels in town jacked their rates up as high as $300 a night. Even Motel 6 was $150. I loved this place! The manager was the nicest guy, the location was perfect. This is now my Ridgecrest go-to place forever.

Overall it was a good hotel and Sabrina at the front desk was excellent. Only complaint, and I'm not complaining was the breakfast. Food was fine but they felt understaffed and unorganized the morning we were there. The cook came out and took our order. Many walked out while we were waiting. Maybe they expected a buffet style meal.

"Excellent Choice for the Area"
The decor itself is slightly dated, but it was clean, comfortable definitely worth the value. Would have stayed a 2nd night if it was my choice but the husband wanted to keep on our schedule through Death Valley.

"I just needed a bed for the night"
I picked this motel because it was the highest rated among the cheap places. All I was looking for was a place to sleep for one night. I found the general condition of the place to be well-worn, but clean (I checked the mattress, plumbing fixtures, and coffee maker). The door was in fair condition and was hard to close. I left before the breakfast was laid out and did not use the Wi-Fi, so I cannot comment on those.

"Great quiet hotel for the price"
We only stayed one night since we were on our way to Death valley but the room and bathroom were very clean and quite big. The staff was very friendly and we were surprised to have breakfast served instead of Buffet style. Would defintively recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet budget hotel room with a grear location. They had also decorated it for the Holidays.

Ridgecrest is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Ridgecrest, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Ridgecrest hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
