The contruction and brken elevator and brokem spa not good. You charge full price yet I stayed yhere to use and enjoy the spa. I would prefer the elevator as apose to carring all my stuff up 2 flights of stairs.

Handicap accessible room was not handicap accessible. It had a shower was shower over tub combo with a chair (which was not in her room). They only have one true handicap accessible room. My mom was unable to take a shower for the two nights we were there. Our was on the second floor, elevator was down the whole stay! When we checked in we were told it would be fixed that day. They also had construction going on everyday starting at approximately 7:00am.

Family reunion

The bed was in very bad condition! The mattress needs replaced and the wood from that the mattress sat on was broken and made the loudest noise every time you moved. Hot tub also wasn’t working. It had caution tape . Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. But for me the bed is the most important thing and it was in definite need of replacing. So for this price I’m very disappointed. Hampton Inn has never disappointed me until now!

I love staying here. You’re just a short drive from such wonderful outdoor nature hikes, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. The breakfast is great too.
