The staff were friendly and excellent. In the first room the AC stopped working and we had to switch rooms the second night. The card keys stopped working multiple times and we had to go to the front desk to get new ones. I found a giant cockroach in the drawer with my clothes the second day when we had to switch rooms. The building is old and tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

Além disso, o ar-condicionado do quarto estava fazendo muito barulho, o que prejudicou bastante o conforto da estadia. Outro ponto que achei desagradável foi o fato de eu ter solicitado duas taças e ter sido informado de que não poderiam fornecer porque isso não estava incluso na diária. Sinceramente, achei isso um absurdo, pois nunca passei por esse tipo de situação em outros hotéis onde já me hospedei.

A minha experiência no hotel não foi boa. Achei a limpeza bastante precária, principalmente nos banheiros, que estavam mal higienizados. Em um dos dias, deixei a toalha no chão para ser trocada e simplesmente pegaram a mesma toalha e penduraram novamente. O quarto também deixou muito a desejar: colchão ruim, ambiente desgastado e sem itens básicos de conforto, como toalha de rosto e amenidades simples, por exemplo um secador de cabelo. O hotel aparenta estar muito antigo, sem manutenção, com aspecto de abandonado e precisando urgentemente de reforma. Outro ponto complicado foi a estrutura: apenas um elevador funcionando, o que gera bastante transtorno. O café da manhã também foi decepcionante, com pouca qualidade e variedade. O cartão que abre a porta, toda hora desmagnetizava e vc tinha o desgaste de ir pedir pra magnetizar. Infelizmente, a experiência geral foi negativa e muito abaixo do esperado.
