The first night was a bit of a challenge, we were downgraded without being told prior to checking in at the hotel, and the room had both ant traps and ants (problematic because of our dog trying to lick the poisonous traps :/). The management made great on the next nights, moved us to a very nice and puppy-friendly room. We will absolutely come back, and make sure to get a junior suite next time. Issues can arise, but we really appreciate the way the staff handled the mishap, and made sure we were comfortable for the rest of our stay.
