Le pire c’est la serveuse du restaurant Shogun… Elle passe aux trente minutes pour des simples napkins et un drink. Sinon, seulement le plancher de la salle de bain et de l’entrée était pas à 100%. Mais le lit top confort! Le divan lit top top aussi! La vue… L’une des plus belles! Le personnel excellent! Et le prix au meilleur rapport qualité prix sur le marché. Bref, « best hotel.com »!

The room was clean and smelled good. But at 3am we could not sleep because the room temperature was really hot. The thermostat didn’t work and the window would open. Called reception and they sent someone to our room who wasn’t able to fix anything. Neither the thermostat nor the window. I called the reception again and requested a fan, which they did not have. After trying for a while, we were able to open the window just to have it closed by itself minutes after. We opened again and put something to hold it open. In the morning, when my husband went to close the window, it was very hard to close and it went trough his finger cutting his nail in the middle. The amount of blood was scary. All that before a a big exam he had to take that morning, which was the reason of our trip. I don’t know if we were unlucky with the room, but I think the problem would have been solved had they put at least one person capable of resolving issues at the night shift. Employees seem lost at that time.

Breakfast at Cosmos was blah but the other meals we had there was delicious. We didn't have hot water -- but we were on the 11th floor and were told it took some time to warm up. Very easy to get to Old Quebec area. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, only $4 each way on the bus. Best way to get there without having to drive / worry about parking. Great location as the mall is right across the street.
