The room met our expectations. Plenty of towels for our family of 5. The staff at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant and staff attached to the hotel were quick and helpful. The grounds were under renovation which would will make it even better in the future.

Slightly date but super friendly and helpful staff. One of the last hotels in Quebec City with balconies If you get a room beside the elevator, I recommend you switch but tolerable for the super low price
