Upon arriving I was advised there was a fee for my dog. I told the front staff I was not aware and the response was “it was in your conditions”. I booked my reservation through Expedia and did not see the fee”. They didn’t try to make any compensation for this. Also there was feces on the tub which I cleaned myself due to the poor service upon checking in. I will not stay there again😔

The property was clean. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. However, the breakfast area was unkept. Food all over the counters. The food section food was not appetizing. Floors unkept. The garbage bins were overflowing. Chairs were on tables. It may have been a bad day.

We stayed here on the way home from PEI as the half way back to Ontario. Front desk was very nice check in process was easy especially if you have the choice rewards app. We booked a 1bdrm Suite King however it did not have a tv in the bedroom area only the sitting area so we requested to switch to a regular king room which was done without any issue. The beds very comfortable rooms are nice, vending machines available for drinks and snacks and the breakfast is really good with lots of options. We used the pool/hottub during our stay. Pool was chilly to me by my nephew enjoyed it. Would def stay here again.
