While feels more like an Air BnB, the room was cute and the messaging service was excellent. Area is a little lackluster but otherwise a hop skotch and a walk close to the action. Overall good experience and would recommend for a reasonable retreat.

Great location within walking distance to old Quebec and cafes and bakeries on the same street. Grocery store down the street. Really helpful and friendly staff with quick communication via message. Room was cute, clean and well equipped . It is very close by to a pub / bar and so it is noisy - if you are a light sleeper you will hear loud music. Would definitely stay again ! A helpful detail: no stairs so be prepared to climb with luggage especially if you’re on the third floor

I wish people would put in the ad that there is not going to be anyone at the facility. As someone who travels alone, I don't feel safe with not having someone at to property. There were a couple times the front door was not closed. It was clean, there nothing there but ice. There is no elevator. They did extend my stay for an extra 30 minutes.
