The food was terrible, and the Wi-Fi worked well for the first two days, but on day three, it kept disconnecting. I couldn’t connect my phone to the TV to use it as a speaker, and I wasn’t even given a remote for my room. My friends, who stayed on the family side of the hotel, had to deal with a roach infestation in their room. They eventually switched rooms, but it was still disgusting. Water bugs were found on the beds and behind the chairs. The room service menu had very few options, and the food at the sports bar was awful. The breakfast eggs tasted like plastic. My friend also noticed a bug coming out of her champagne when she asked the waitress for it. The waitress quickly replaced the bottle and glass, but when my friend asked if that was a bug she saw, the waitress acted clueless. There was far more bad than good during our stay. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

This place was amazing as always. I stayed for 8 days for a Birthday trip. The room and service was amazing. There was such a great variety of food. The staff here are some of yhe best in thr world. I cant wait to visit again.

The resort is immaculate. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The food is good. The beach is beautiful. Best of all, my daughter who’s in a wheelchair was able to get everywhere and was so well cared for by the staff!! We will be back!!

A equipe toda foi fantástica, a estrutura e comodidades no geral são maravilhosas! Quando chegamos Tivemos um inconveniente no primeiro quarto e nos mudaram para outro quarto. O outro quarto era inferior mas no dia seguinte nos acomodaram em um quarto melhor. O que deixou a desejar foi a falta de opções de bebidas e drinks sem alcool pois nao bebemos alcool. O restaurante mexicano tambem nao agradou. Mas o atendimento de todos foi excelente, principalmente do Ramon e da Giselle no restaurante e do Marcos e Carlito na recepção!
