I actually was not able to stay at your hotel. I came down with Covid and had to cancel the reservations on the day I was supposed to arrive. The date to cancel my reservation had already passed, but I called the hotel and explained my situation. The reservation clerk graciously canceled my hotel room and did not charge me even though by their contract they could have. It was such excellent news and I was very impressed with the sincerity of their concern that I get well soon. This in and of itself is a great reason for me to return to reserving rooms at your hotel in the future. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and willingness to accept the apologies of a very grateful customer.
