    Check in staff - Arthur - was very pleasant and accommodating! The complimentary bottles of water were an unexpected nice touch too. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The complimentary breakfast is great. We always stay here when visiting family in Providence! We’ll be back again!

    Staff was great! Door Lock batteries died, took a while to get back into our room as it was being fixed and were late to a game we had tickets for because of it. 1st night my daughter and I had allergies only in our room, like we do with cats or dogs. 2nd night was better. Both breakfasts were PACKED as size doesn't fit the number of people in hotel.
