Followed directions from Expedia. Sent me to location that was completely closed off to public due to private party. Called for assistance and waited on side of road for over 20 minutes, to be told to go to a different location. No signage to let us know we should go to a different spot to check in and valet the car.

Great confortable hotel near Penn

Cleanliness is the Key

During my recent stay at The Inn at Penn, I had a very disappointing experience. After being stuck in the airport for five hours, I was too exhausted to inspect the pillows closely and slept on the softest of the four provided. The next morning, I discovered two large, disturbing stains on the pillowcase — dry, but possibly blood. I felt awful realizing I had slept on a pillow in that condition. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially at a hotel of this standard, and I cannot believe housekeeping overlooked something so obvious when preparing the room.

We were dropping off our son at Penn over the weekend, and the hotel had a fun buzz with all of the families there to do the same thing. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, but if you want to have a nightcap, there are plenty of nice spots within the hotel to unwind. I look forward to staying again!
