Staff was friendly upon check in, we stayed one night just 2 people my daughter & I got Billie Eilish concert. We liked the clean room a lot, comfy beds, definitely a nicer hotel. The city was crazy & we felt safe. We didn’t like that they woke us up knocking so early at 8 am for housekeeping the again a bit before 11am checkout. We were only staying 1 night don’t need housekeeping nor to be woken up that early so that was not necessary & a bit annoying so next time we will tell them in advance not to do that. We chose to sleep over having free breakfast wish it was open until 11:30am instead of 10:30 since we had to checkout at 11am. USB slot on lamp and desk was helpful when our charger stopped working lol had a city view window on floor 8 was cool with elevator close by. Had a pool too but closed for season. Deep soaking bathtub super clean & dove soaps which 1 of them the pump was broken so couldn’t use the conditioner. We had backup of our own. Parking on site was fine no issues. Overall a great stay we even rode the underground subway to and from the concert to xfinity mobile arena which was scary at first but actually pretty fun and fast! Beats driving in that crazy city traffic! Overall the city was so cool and homos pizza nearby was open late and sooo good!! Convince store close by for all your forgotten needs like a charger food snacks drinks etc. can’t wait to stay again! Recommend!
