This hotel is clean and comfortable and conveniently located a few blocks from downtown Media.

Terrible stay at Media, PA. Hampton Inn

Stayed two nights. Did not refresh bed or towels during stay. Told they only do that every other day…and that there is a sign in the room telling me that. Had I known beforehand, I would have found another property to stay. I arrived 90 minutes before advertised check in at 3 p.m. and had to wait until exactly 3. Housekeeper on the floor told me my room had been ready for over an hour. Would never stay here again. Ohhhh, and the bed springs creaked ever time you got in and out of bed or turned over.

Our stay was great, the hotel was clean and staff friendly! Only two things we did not like, our fridge did not work in our room and our room was not cleaned during our stay. Overall we had a good time!

Usually good place to stay but…

I’ve stayed here many times before but this was terrible. Lock kept losing battery and I would have to wait outside my room for them to charge it twice in a two night stay. Room was worn down and very loud.

I booked a stay at the Hampton inn suites and upon entering my room everything looked as expected and it was clean. My only issue was that there was black mold on the tub and shower curtain. This was not only a visual issue but a health issue. I informed the front desk staff and all I was told was that they would let housekeeping know. I do feel that this should have constituted an apology and at least a discount off my next stay.
