We didn’t want the full breakfast bar so we orders from the menu. They were either out of, or forgot, half our order, never brought napkins or silverware as requested, then could not do room charge. The buffet might have been good but otherwise would suggest going elsewhere for breakfast.

We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Hotel Jaguar Oporto – is Near the Metro, has Free Parking and a Free Shuttle Service between the Airport and the Hotel from 7AM to 8PM
Near the Marques metro, free parking, most obliging staff, great room with amenities, could easily be a four star but for the mediocre restaurant. Recommended.

The staff members were outstanding: helpful, kind, and funny. The only weird thing was the decor which features a light pole in front of an art print (why?). And the TV is in the full length mirror.

GA Palace Hotel
Lovely breakfast. Large clean room. However the room discription on expedia that I booked for upgrade does not exist so dont waste money on upgrade ( extra $100). Young man working in hotel lobby was delightful and very friendly.
