This property is a run down golf TIME SHARE! NOT a HOTEL!!!! It should not be offered on this site as a Hotel option. There are NO Hotel services, and we were PRICE GOUGED because of Indian Wells tennis

Palm Desert vaca

We had a nice time. The grounds are beautiful however the bed was very hard so I asked a house keeper to bring us a mattress topper and that helped. The unit it self was very comfortable.

It was average at best., calling it 4 stars is a joke. Despite my bringing a cleanliness issue to 2 different staff members' attention, e.g., on the 2nd day, and despite personal guarantees that the matter would be taken care of, 9 days later, nothing was done. I had to ask for housekeeping at all. The "bed" is nothing more than a well-used foam mattress on a plywood base. Finally, I booked here for rest and relaxation, the room was roadside and so noisy the patio on the 2nd floor was unusable. I asked on 2nd day to be moved and was told that was not possible for 2 days - fair enough - then nothing no follow-up, no communication at all. And to top it off at the end of your stay they text you and ask you to remove your trash and recycling to outside cans. I just gave up, paid my bill and won't be back

The basic rooms are being falsely advertised by Expedia as having a washer/dryer. They do not. Expedia also claims the hotel has two restaurants. The hotel staff informed me there are no restaurants on the property. False advertising. I got a refund and canceled my stay.
