The staff were spectacular -very helpful and kind. Room was clean, and modern. Lobby was nice. Easy walk to town and train station with a small grocery store at the other end of the parking lot. Able to switch to a river front room .. very nice and much better than the roadside one. Good beer and wine in the restaurant. Meals ok. Parking and dog friendly a plus. Great views of castle and river.

Business Hotel Siebeneichen GmbH
I arrived at 6pm and the hotel was closed. I rang the bell and fortunately someone replied on the intercom. My key was in a loxk box next to the door and I was given the pin to open it. I was told to arrive before 8, not 6. The hotel is a 10 minute drive from downtown.

Riff Resort
We were visiting from the US and visiting Colditz Castle. This stop was wonderful with clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. The water park is a big hit with the locals and visitors alike. Some of the best food we had on our trip. I'd definitely choose to stay again.
