Room is clean. Sea view room is really nice and worth it. Good amenities. Good onsen facilities especially outdoor bath. It is worthwhile to get the half board.

I saw beautiful ocean view right from my room. Spa was also very nice. One inside and another outside.(of course it was covered!) I truly enjoyed my stay here. HOTEL R9 The Yard Kanoya
チェックインでの対応が新人さんだったみたいでかなりもたついてイライラしました。結局対応出来ずベテランさんにフォローを頼んでました。何とかチェックインを済み、泊まるコンテナに行って４桁の番号を押したら、教えてもらった番号を何度押しても開錠せず、結局スタッフさんが飛んで来て番号変更してやっとこさ入室。あまりうるさいこと言うとモラハラだののご時世なので言いたくはないがや はりそこはプロとしてしっかり対応して欲しいと思いました。ホテル自体は快適に過ごせました。
