I love the Moon Palace, the staff is so nice from the swim up bar to the lobby bar its always a nice staying there as a guest. The only change is to have an adult pool side as an option.

There is nothing I found not to like … the nearby community just need a face lift to compliment this already awesome hotel… that community upon your entry to the hotel close to the parking area don’t do nothing for the hotel, if you don’t enter the hotel you wouldn’t know how beautiful it is … there’s just this difference when you step in … if I’m looking a hotel and don’t how the inside looks just seeing the community next door would turn me off … if you know what in saying .. but this hotel is one of a kind in Jamaica 🇯🇲 I recommend

The staff were mostly unfriendly . You had to wait long for services or food. I arrived after check in time and my room was not ready. Had to line up ina long line to check if it was cause no one came to find me. I kept having some issue with my reservation to the point where I was told it's my checkout day 2 days before my check out time.

My room was dirty when we checked in, it also took us three hours to check in. The walls were cracked, there were water stains on the ceilings, cracks in the foundation, they constantly push sales on you, and when you rejected them, they would get upset.

Overall, a good experience at this resort. However, the food was a hit and miss. Customers come to Jamaica for their cuisines. The chef need to improve the jamaican cuisine, give more variety e.g oxtail, jerk pork etc. Also, very limited children food options.

The resort needs repairs and upgrades. The staff was inpatient and inconsiderate of guests. Little to no positivity toward guests. Was supposedly “VIP” but no perks included at all. Overall experience was very poor!
