I stay at this property on Saturday, January 24, 2026 for one day. I was not satisfied. Someone was smoking weed because it was coming through the vents in the bathroom, someone on the second floor was being disruptive knocking & yelling at the guest room next to me after midnight, there was a small red spot next to sink, the chair was torn up, small white chip dings in the walls, the screen to the window was slightly coming off and the toliet seat top does not look like its the right size, does not fit correctly in Room 208 on the second floor I was staying in. And by 9AM I had 5 trains pass by, very loud noise. Breakfast was okay. Options were very slim since I came by 8:45 AM and it ended at 9AM. Orange juice, bread, jam, cereal & two waffles & 2 cups of vanilla yogurt were left. Parking fills up quickly, barely found a spot when returning from my event I attended that night. When receiving my key card, no wifi password was offered. The mini fridge and microwave were great adminities. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied here & would not suggest staying here, unless it's close to your destination or looking for a location that is on the lower end on price. The check in process was fast and easy. Security is at the front desk with staff at night. My biggest concern was the loud noises, weed smoking from the other guests because it makes me sick & cough & the loud trains passing by. Will not be staying at Jack London Inn establishment again.

The room had a terrible odor. The AC unit was out of order. It sounded like people were running up and down the halls all night so I couldn’t sleep. Overall, a bad experience.

The room was filthy. cobwebs everywhere, everything felt greasy like it had never been wiped down before, the toilet was dirty, I'm not even confident the sheets were changed before we got there. The room had no AC or heat or fan and the windows didn't open. And the entire hotel STANKS so bad, like 100 years of neglect and bodily fluids. The only good thing was that the front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. Do not recommend 😐

The guy at the front desk was really nice but the place is terrible. The room had no heat or AC. It was chaotic loud and seemed dangerous. I’ll never go back and I won’t let anyone I know book there if I can help it.

Very bad experience. I stayed only one night, but that was enough. The entire place smelled strongly of cigarettes. Several things in the room were not working properly, including the outlets and the shower, which had no water pressure. The worst part was the noise. The guests in the room next to me were fighting, yelling, and hitting the walls from around 11 p.m. until almost 3 a.m. I barely slept and had to wake up at 4 a.m. for my day. I would not recommend this place.

This place is definitely a no for me! When you pull up it looks spooky! There were homeless people and drug users hanging on parking lot! Staring and looking weirdly at my family! This isn’t a place to come for a long stay! Tv didn’t work! Also the air conditioning and heating system were not working in room! They gave a portable plug in heater and fan ! Overall don’t do it!
