"Exceptional!!!"
Indura Beach Resort has been by far one of my best getaways. If anyone is looking to relax or take on any of the activities, this is it. There are not enough words to describe how GREAT all of the staff is. I mean everyone, form the driver that pick me up at the airport to the gardeners. Every single staff member I was in touch with super nice, very humble, attentive, again there aren't enough words to describe. The more I interacted with the staff the more I appreciated how great they are. Special thanks to the reception staff, bartenders, waiters, managers that orchestrated my wedding to such perfection. Thank You Indura Resort...Just beautiful, perfect for family and romantic getaways, even for business groups looking for a relaxed setting and at the same time enjoying a round of golf. Exceptional!!!

Front desk was very friendly, the other staff was low and rude. Food takes forever to get to the table on the restaurant. Installations are great yet we wish the beach was private and cleaner.

"an interesting getaway"
This is a very nice hotel across the street from a fairly clean municipal beach. We walked the beach every day without any incidents. Puerto Cortes is a commercial port city, so there is a lot of ship traffic, unloading and uploading. You are not staying in what most "wealthy" tourists want, but the people are friendly and kind, the food is very good, and the pool was clean and nice. If you don't mind living with the locals and are not afraid to experience life away from your comfort zone, this is a great place. Don't expect the luxuries you are used to and you will be okay.

Not bad for a layover, restaurant and pool on site which is good because it's an area you won't want to venture too far out

"Clean, Safe and Affordable"
I stayed at Hotel Copantl during a recent business trip for 4 days. I found two different room price types through Expedia. One was for $100 and the other was for $120 per night. Both prices seemed really good to me, so I decided to roll the dice and pay the extra $20. My two colleagues traveling with me just got the $100 room. The differences between the two different rooms was pretty significant. I had two full rooms, two bathrooms, and my own private walk out balcony with a beautiful view of the San Pedro mountains and city. I found it well worth the extra $20. I had two main concerns coming into my trip and that was safety as well as internet connection. First Safety wise, the hotel is located next to two major malls and in a nice area of San Pedro. It's right in front of the road that leads to Tegucipalpa. The courtyard of the hotel with small but nice commercial area is all enclosed and there is always security and bell hops available. I felt very safe my entire 4 day stay. The internet connection i found to be better than expected, but still not perfect. There is a main protected network in the lobby area, and then each floor has their own protected network. Connectivity was hit and miss throughout the various times of day and night. The rooms were comfortable but not amazing. Staff was excellent. Restaurant and breakfast was amazing!!

"Wonderful Experience In Honduras From A Texan "
Coming from America I wasnt sure what to expect from Honduras but after being in the country for a week I left with an amazing experience. I was down in Tela to play the Honduras Open golf tournament. The staff at Hotel Grissy made me feel like family. They cooked breakfast for me each morning. I ate in the restaurant each night and the food had a great down home feel to it. This is a locally owned hotel so it will give you a real feel for the country. It is just a few feet away from the beach. I went running on the beach in the morning and evening. The staff speaks perfect english and truly wants you to enjoy your time in their hotel and the country. They were quick to fix any issue that arose. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I felt completely safe at the hotel my entire stay. There is someone on the property 24/7 I am looking forward to staying at Hotel Grissy again on my next trip to Honduras.

Northern Coast is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Northern Coast, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Northern Coast hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
