"Wonderful stay "
We only stayed one night and we wished we stayed a few more. We took the trail into the beachside city and it was a wonderful walk. The city shops weren't all open but we were not there for the summer holiday, I heard it gets a little livelier then. The hotel was comfy and had everything we needed. The kids and I both enjoyed the pool/sauna area .

"Very Comfortable"
Solo traveler so I had the entire bedroom to myself - 2 twin beds which I pushed together to form a large full-sized bed. I normally stayed in hostels prior to arriving in Turku so Ruissalo was definitely one of the most comfortable places I stayed at throughout my entire trip. The location itself is a bit out of the way. It's not in center city at all. However, there is a bus that goes directly to Ruissalo Spa Hotel and back to the central city every half-hour, for the price of 3 euros. Ruissalo has a beautiful pool and spa area - its very quiet and peaceful at 8pm, with very few people during that time. I also rented a bike from the front desk. The lady provided me a map and helmet, and I spent the entire day riding along the Ruissalo trail into center city to Turku Castle. It's a beautiful, scenic ride. Not very tough, the path is fairly level - all along the meadows, fields, and coast. Did I mention it was scenic? Overall great stay - the staff is especially wonderful. Probably one of the best staff I've ever encountered! Really loved my stay here and enjoyed Turku immensely.

"A Fine 2-3 Star Hotel in a Great Location"
The hotel is located in downtown Turku, a great location for many interesting things in Turku. The room was fine - clean, roomy and pleasant. The breakfast was OK - not amazing, but not bad. It did have a lot of options. Again, a very fine 2 star hotel but not a solid 3 star hotel.

Omena Hotel Turku

Humalistonkatu 7, Turku - Map

I travel to Turku as a recording artist, and to visit friends in the industry. This is the first time I've stayed at the Omena, and I'm glad I picked this hotel. Pros: - A great value, especially when discount deals are going. - Rooms are very modern and clean. - Personal security is great. You have to pass through 3 doors using a key code (emailed to you the day before arrival) before you're actually in your room. - Microwave, refrigerator, and free Wifi which was suprisingly fast. - Smack in the heart of the city. - All sorts of shops, restaurants, night clubs and tourist attractions within walking distance. Cons: - No safe of any kind, meaning you need to carry your valuables everywhere you go if you're not renting a car to lock them up in. This is a real pain concerning common travel items, such as computers. - No parking area owned by the hotel, - No coffee maker, just a kettle, so instant coffee it is. - TV is worthless unless you speak Finnish. Channels in Finnish have no English subtitles, and channels in English have Finnish subtitles. CC button on the remote is disabled, so you can't change these settings. - Rooms only cleaned once every 5 days. A nit, as there are always spare towels etc. in a cabinet. - No front desk, and I saw only one staff person cleaning rooms over a two week stay. They do supply a phone number for 24x7 service. All in all, a very nice hotel for the money. I'd definitely stay there again, and would recommend it to anyone.

Naantali is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Naantali, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Naantali hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
