Complete disappointment. Overpriced ($300 for a 2 star motel!), false advertising (their "patios" are just 2 chairs on the sidewalk by the front door), uncomfortable (cheap springy mattress, cheap pillows, no air conditioning), bad breakfast (not even any butter for the stale bread!), poor customer service (refused to allow cancellation 30 hours in advance due to wife falling ill)

We had a wonderful stay at this inn. The front office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. The location is fantastic—less than a five-minute walk to the ocean, with stunning sunset views. It’s also very convenient to downtown, just about 10 minutes away with plenty of dining options, and only 15–20 minutes from Carmel’s charming downtown. The premises and rooms are well maintained, and the availability of a charging station was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and perfectly located place to stay.
